Am I eligible?

In order to be eligible for taxback, the Australian Tax Office has determined you must fall eligible under ANY ONE of the following rules:

You have lived in Australia for 6 months in one financial year
(the financial year runs from July 1st to June 30th)
You have/intend to be in Australia continuously for six months or more and for most of the time have been living and working in the same place
You have worked continuously for 4 months for one employer/agency
You have worked continuously for 5 months for 2 or more employers

If any of these cases applies to you, you are eligible to lodge a Tax Return and receive taxback
