Taxback Australia is bound by the National Privacy Principles, as outlined in the Privacy Act 2000. As such, we will use the information supplied to us for the sole purposes of preparing your tax return and managing your taxation affairs. We will not share your details to anyone outside those necessary to prepare your tax return.

Taxback Australia, both in good business practice and to fulfill our legal obligations, will retain and store your tax return information for a minimum of five years.
