Am I eligible?

In order to be eligible for taxback, you must be classed as a resident for tax purposes under criteria specified by the Australian Tax Office.

You must be present in Australia for a minumum of 183 days (6 months) continuously, and have exhibited resident like behaviour during that time. ie, spent most of your time living and working in one place.

If you have not been present in Australia for that time, please contact us to discuss your residency status.
