Super Refunds - How to Apply.
To apply for your super refund, you must be a 'former temporary resident' of Australia. This means:

You have departed Australia, (or are departing soon)

You have not applied for, or been granted, permanent residency.

You are not a citizen of Australia or New Zealand.
The documents we require in order to lodge your claim are as follows:
- Certified Copies of your Passport Photo Page
- Certified Copies of your Arrival and Departure stamps (if you are still in Australia, we will request your departure stamp later.)
- Certified Copy of your visa/s - Visa e-mail is acceptable if you do not have a sticker
- Certified Copy of ID - Either Photographic (Drivers Licence, Student ID etc) OR two debit/credit cards from different banks.
- Completed Super Application
A checklist for your documents, and instructions on how to certify them are included in the Super Application form. Please note, your Super Funds will not accept faxed or e-mailed copies or your application form or certified copies, we require the original signed copies.
Post your completed application and certified documents to:
