Am I eligible?
In order to be eligible for taxback, you must fall eligible under any ONE of the following rules:
You have lived in Australia for 6 months in one financial year (the financial year runs from July 1st to June 30th)
OR
You have/intend to be in Australia continuously for six months or more and for most of the time have been living and working in the same place
OR
You have worked continously for 4 months for one employer/agency
OR
You have worked continously for 5 months for 2 or more employers
OR
You have already lodged a tax return for a previous financial year
